    We build the first eighteen months. Ownership, ambiguity, and real equity — not a seat inside someone else's roadmap.

    Every hire operates at staff or senior level from the first week. We hire fewer people and pay them more.

    Written, not performed

    Strategy is written down. Decisions cite sources. Meetings compress text — they don't replace it.

    Founders-in-residence

    Operators with earned conviction who want to co-lead a product from day zero — not wait to be assigned to one.

    We look for

    • Ten-plus years of operating experience
    • A thesis you've carried for more than a year
    • Prior P&L ownership or zero-to-one track record

    Staff+ engineers

    People who ship production software and also shape product — equally credible in a systems diagram and a customer call.

    We look for

    • Production experience at scale (B2B or consumer)
    • Comfortable across the stack and across the hiring funnel
    • Opinionated about AI as a building block, not a demo

    Senior product designers

    Designers who treat typography, motion, and system architecture with equal seriousness — and who can ship code when needed.

    We look for

    • Portfolio of shipped products, not concept decks
    • Fluent in design systems and type at scale
    • Can prototype interactively (React / Framer / code)

    GTM operators

    Commercial leaders who have taken a product from zero to meaningful revenue — and can repeat the motion from a blank page.

    We look for

    • Zero-to-ten-million revenue experience
    • Customer-first, not funnel-first
    • Comfortable selling into executive buyers

    Finance, legal, or operations backgrounds suited to running a multi-entity product portfolio with discipline and speed.

    • Big-firm foundation, startup pace
    • Cross-border experience (US / India / EU)
    • Comfortable building the function as you run it

    We talk to three to five people who've actually worked with you — peers, reports, and managers. Then we move fast with a concrete offer.

    Competitive base salary benchmarked to top-quartile US and Indian markets, plus meaningful equity indexed to seniority — not a symbolic grant.

    Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision for you and your dependents. Retirement match for US-based staff; equivalent provision for India-based staff.

  • Where we work

    Hybrid between our New York and Srinagar operations. Quarterly on-sites for the whole team. Remote-friendly for senior hires across compatible time zones.

    Founders, not middle management. Small rooms. You'll ship alongside the people making the commercial decisions, not three layers down.

  • Time and rest

    Unlimited paid time off with a four-week floor. We audit it — too little vacation is a problem we flag early.

    An annual budget for conferences, courses, coaching, and research materials. Approved by default, not by committee.
